Alone In Boracay Island | Boracay Trip 2025

Boracay Island is my second destination in the Philippines that I traveled to alone. 


And I remember my instructor in the Personal Finance subject once asked: "what do you want to do after graduation?"

My answer was: "I wanted to go to Boracay as a graduation gift to myself."
And that time I already had the ticket booked, hehe.

I stayed at the Piccolo Hotel; considering that this is situated in Boracay Station 2, it's worth the price since the beach is just a walking distance from the hotel. It was very convenient for me.





I enjoyed waking up in the morning and having my morning walk by the beach.
And it is damn true that the sand in Boracay is fine and powdery. Ugh!



























I didn't book any water activities in Boracay because I want to do it with someone next time. And also it was the time of the month (hahaha, poor me).














Nevertheless, I super enjoyed my stay here, my slow morning, the way I sipped my coffee (hehe), and my morning walks. I went to the bar, having my favorite margarita drink alone. It was a good solo trip experience. And I want to do it with someone next time. _kenny🖤

The PALAHUBOG crew went to Camiguin for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was a fun and very budget-friendly trip. (Old Church Ruins) I booked Marianita's Cottage for our accommodation. Based on our activities, this place was a good choice. One room had a sea view, and the other had a garden view and was slightly bigger. Best part? We could cook inside, which helped us save a lot on food. For Dayana, with love.   My dearest Dayana, Meeting you in 2019 feels just like yesterday. I still remember the first time I saw you— in our dressmaking class, wearing that light blue striped polo dress, your short hair, your quiet, shy presence. First time in Palawan | December 2023

Before, when I thought of Palawan, I imagined paradise—beautiful white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, dramatic limestone cliffs, and nature untouched by time. It has always been one of those dream destinations I kept in the back of my mind, hoping that one day I’d get the chance to experience it. That "one day" finally came in December 2023.
