16th of February year 2019 My third sister tied the knot,




I knew she was her happiest, and as her big sister, I am the happiest too.





She deserves all the best in the world,




now she's married and because of that, I have a brother.


My fourth sister and I tossed our bouquet of flowers for being two unmarried ladies of the family. And because of that, she agreed that we have to make a contract stating that, I have to settle down first before her. _kenny 🖤

Cooking, Exploring, and Camiguin Memories

The PALAHUBOG crew went to Camiguin for 2 nights and 3 days, and it was a fun and very budget-friendly trip. (Old Church Ruins) I booked Marianita's Cottage for our accommodation. Based on our activities, this place was a good choice. One room had a sea view, and the other had a garden view and was slightly bigger. Best part? We could cook inside, which helped us save a lot on food. And of course, Teddy got to show off his chef skills, which made it even better. 😄 ( https://www.marianitas-cottages.com/) (the chef 👨‍🍳) We visited some of the island's well-known spots on our first day, like the  Old Church Ruins  (50.00 PHP entrance fee) and the   Sunken Cemetery (no entrance fee). Our dinner that night, plus breakfast the next morning, only cost us 172.00 PHP each. Super affordable and shared with laughter and good vibes. For Dayana, with love.   My dearest Dayana, Meeting you in 2019 feels just like yesterday. I still remember the first time I saw you— in our dressmaking class, wearing that light blue striped polo dress, your short hair, your quiet, shy presence. Something in me said, “I want her to be my friend.” I befriended your friends  (our classmates) first  to get closer to you. And when we finally clicked, it felt so easy. First time in Palawan | December 2023

Before, when I thought of Palawan, I imagined paradise—beautiful white sand beaches, crystal-clear waters, dramatic limestone cliffs, and nature untouched by time. It has always been one of those dream destinations I kept in the back of my mind, hoping that one day I’d get the chance to experience it. That "one day" finally came in December 2023. Strolling Around Singapore

 After my 2-day, and 3-night in Malaysia, I rode a bus from Malacca to Singapore. The journey took around 3 to 4 hours, and before I knew it, I was in the vibrant city-state of Singapore. Excitement buzzed as I checked into my hotel and quickly headed out to explore. My first stop was the iconic Merlion and the stunning Marina Bay Sands. Unfortunately, luck was not on my side that day, the Merlion was under repair, so I could not see the famous statue up close. Instead of feeling bad, I made the most of my evening. I wandered around the beautifully lit streets, soaking in the lively atmosphere. Singapore is magical at night, and every corner seems to have something interesting to offer. Right after “The Ruins” I went to the “Negros Museum” and explored the historical exhibits, and I was fascinated by their history and arts. The Negros Museum in Bacolod City celebrates the rich heritage of Negros Island. Its exhibits feature the local visual arts, historical artifacts, and ethnographic collections, highlighting the island’s past and cultural traditions. For me, that adventure began on July 20, 2024, when I boarded a Philippine Airlines flight to Thailand. It was a night flight, and I landed in Bangkok at midnight. The experience with the Immigration Officer (IO) was smooth, despite my initial worries, and before I knew it, I was officially in Thailand! My first full day in Bangkok started with a visit to Wat Pho, home to the iconic Reclining Buddha. Words can barely describe the awe I felt standing before this massive golden figure. Discovering the Heart of Cambodia: A Journey of Awe and Simplicity.

This year, I traveled to four Asian countries, but Cambodia stood out to me the most. The trip was a humbling experience for many reasons. first Cambodian beer I was deeply touched by the kindness of the Cambodian people. Their lives are simple, yet they radiate happiness. Their smiles and eagerness to help guests made me feel so welcome. with the tour guide, Sambo. One of the most memorable parts of my trip was a boat ride on Tonle Sap Lake (belonging to the Mekong River system). Tonle Sap is the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia. Having lunch at a floating restaurant was a unique experience and watching crocodiles being fed was both exciting and a bit scary. Visiting the temples in Cambodia felt like stepping back in time.
